Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Employee Hub (the "Portal"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Portal. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada

1. Access and Account Security

  • Registration: You may be required to register to access training materials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms

2. Acceptable Use and Conduct

  • Netiquette: Users must engage in professional and respectful communication.

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to

  • Share, distribute, or sell access to training modules.

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the content.

  • Use the Portal for any illegal activity or in violation of Manitoba laws.

  • Attempt to breach the security or authentication measures of the Portal.

3. Privacy and Personal Information

  • Your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and/or The Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) of Manitoba, where applicable.

  • By using this site, you consent to the collection of information needed for training records and certificate issuance

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Portal, including text, graphics, videos, and modules, is the property of Cormorant Group Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • Cormorant Group Inc. is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Portal, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • We do not guarantee that the training will meet specific regulatory requirements unless explicitly stated

6. Third-Party Links and Content

  • The Portal may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these external sites.

7. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
